Anderson Regional is a municipal general-aviation tower northeast of Indianapolis. Its 5,400-foot 12/30 carries the instrument work, while the short crossing 18/36 remains visible but outside the normal game flows.

You work Anderson Tower under Indianapolis Approach. Southeast flow lands and departs runway 12; northwest flow reverses to runway 30. The board is mostly N-numbers, trainers and transient business aircraft, with NetJets and Flexjet adding a light-jet stream. FAA cycle 2607 publishes four approaches but no arrival or departure procedure, so every IFR departure leaves on radar vectors.

This is the Steady tier: local GA and pattern work around a single instrument runway, with the crossing pavement still affecting runway occupancy. Traffic weights, destination choices and reciprocal runway roles are our gameplay calibration, not claimed traffic counts or a published runway-use plan.
