Sacramento · Field elevation 27 ft · 2 runways · South Flow and North Flow
Sacramento International has two nearly equal north-south runways, each about 8,600 feet. Southwest leads a passenger mix that also includes United, American, Delta and Alaska.
You work NorCal Approach. South flow lands 17R and departs 17L; north flow lands 35L and departs 35R. The airport's published noise program prefers north flow overnight as conditions allow, but the game does not switch flows on a clock. Its exact runway-role split is a game choice.
The Busy tier is a compact parallel-runway sequencing job. Supported FAA procedures and Class C airspace are on the scope. Carrier weights, representative routes, runway roles and cadence are calibrated for play. Terrain, minimum vectoring altitudes and MSAW are not modeled.
