Columbus Municipal is a former Air Force field in south-central Indiana. Its 6,401-foot precision runway crosses a 5,000-foot secondary, giving a GA-heavy tower more pavement and geometry than its small-field role suggests.

You work Columbus Tower under Indianapolis Approach. Northeast flow lands and departs runway 5; southwest flow reverses to runway 23. The board is N-numbers, trainers, transient business aircraft, NetJets and Flexjet. FAA cycle 2607 supplies six modeled approaches from five published procedures but no arrival or departure procedure, so every IFR departure leaves on radar vectors.

This is the Steady tier: corporate and training traffic around a crossing-runway decision. Traffic weights, destination choices and reciprocal primary-runway roles are our gameplay calibration, not claimed traffic counts or a published runway-use plan.
