Hilton Head brings Hilton Head Island into the scope. Hilton Head Tower mixes airline connections, GA and business aircraft across one surveyed runway.

You work Hilton Head Tower. Runway 3 Flow lands and departs runway 3. Runway 21 Flow lands and departs runway 21. These roles are gameplay choices, not a sourced preferred-flow plan. Every IFR departure receives radar vectors; no SID is modeled.

The Steady tier mixes American, ExecJet and GA. Scheduled service is sourced; business operator selection, aircraft, traffic weights and cadence are modeled. Center handoffs use an unpublished neutral frequency. Terrain, MVA and MSAW are not modeled.
