Columbus / West Point / Starkville · Field elevation 264 ft · 1 runways · South Flow and North Flow
Golden Triangle Regional serves Columbus, West Point and Starkville from one 8,003-foot precision runway. It is northeast Mississippi's towered commercial field, pairing scheduled regional jets with business and general aviation.
You work Golden Triangle Tower beneath Columbus Approach. South flow lands and departs runway 18; north flow reverses to runway 36. Delta regional jets connect Atlanta and American regional jets connect Dallas / Fort Worth, while N-number GA and business aircraft fill the sequence. The current FAA cycle carries six approaches but no arrivals or departure procedures, so every IFR departure leaves on radar vectors.
This is the Steady tier: one long runway and a compact airline schedule over a GA-majority board. Traffic weights, cadence and the reciprocal flows are gameplay calibration, not claimed FAA movement counts or a published runway-use plan.
