Moline · Field elevation 590 ft · 3 runways · West Flow and East Flow and Northwest Flow and Southeast Flow
Quad Cities International serves Moline and the Mississippi River metro across three runways. The 10,002-foot 9/27 handles the main sequence, with crossing 13/31 at 7,301 feet and short 5/23 at 3,514 feet.
West flow lands and departs runway 27; east flow reverses to runway 9. Northwest and southeast options use 31 and 13. American, Delta and United supply hub connections, Allegiant adds leisure flights and business aircraft join the GA mix. Supported approaches are present, while IFR departures receive radar vectors rather than a SID.
This is the Busy tier: crossing pavement and different aircraft speeds beneath Quad City's Class C. The Mississippi backdrop uses shared USGS geometry. Traffic weights, equipment and selectable flows are our choices, not a timetable or preferred-runway order. The short 5/23 is outside instrument flows, and overnight facility closures, terrain and minimum vectoring altitudes are not modeled.
