Manhattan Regional sits beside the Kansas River west of town, with the 7,400-foot 3/21 primary crossing the shorter 13/31. Scheduled passenger aircraft stay on the primary runway; the crosswind remains available to the GA operation.

You work Manhattan Tower beneath Marshall Approach. American regional jets provide the daily Dallas-Fort Worth and Chicago service, while ExecJet and Flexjet traffic mix with local and transient GA. South flow works runway 21 with 13 available to GA; north flow reverses to 3 and 31. The current cycle publishes the WILSY Three departure and four instrument approaches, all serving the primary runway.

This is the Steady tier: a small airline schedule, a GA-majority board and two crossing runways, with Fort Riley next door and no published arrival procedure to organize the inbound stream for you.
