Ohio State University Airport (KOSU)

Ohio State University Airport is a university and general-aviation field northwest of Columbus. Its 5,004-foot 09R/27L parallels the shorter 09L/27R and crosses 05/23; scheduled air-carrier operations above nine passenger seats are prohibited.

The two normal configurations reverse the instrument-served runway between 09R and 27L. Five current arrivals and four approaches feed a training-heavy mix of pistons, turboprops and business jets; there are no published SIDs in the game cycle, so every IFR departure leaves on radar vectors.

This is the Steady tier: a contract tower where frequent pattern work and faster corporate arrivals make three-runway sequencing matter. The traffic weights and normal runway flows are authored calibration, not a live movement count or published runway-use plan.
