You work Vineyard Tower. Runway 6 Flow lands and departs runway 6. Runway 24 Flow lands and departs runway 24. Runway 15 Flow lands and departs runway 15. Runway 33 Flow lands and departs runway 33. These roles are gameplay choices, not a sourced preferred-flow plan. Every IFR departure receives radar vectors; no SID is modeled.

The Steady tier mixes ExecJet and GA. The general aviation role is sourced; business operator selection, aircraft, traffic weights and cadence are modeled. Center handoffs use an unpublished neutral frequency. Terrain, MVA and MSAW are not modeled.
