Raleigh-Durham · Field elevation 435 ft · 3 runways · Northeast Flow and Southwest Flow
Raleigh-Durham International has a 10,000-foot primary runway, a 7,500-foot parallel and a shorter crosswind strip. American, Delta, Southwest and United anchor its varied passenger banks.
You work Raleigh Approach. Northeast flow lands 05L and departs 05R; southwest flow lands 23R and departs 23L. The airport authority calls the longer strip primary, while this fixed arrival/departure split is a game choice. The short 14/32 remains visible but has no instrument-approach button.
The Busy tier mixes parallel spacing with releases and GA traffic. The FAA CIFP supplies supported procedures. Exact runway roles, carrier weights, representative routes and pacing are gameplay calibration. Terrain, minimum vectoring altitudes and MSAW are not modeled.
