Hutchinson Regional sits beside the Arkansas River with three crossing strips: the 7,003-foot 13/31 precision primary, the 4/22 crosswind and the shorter 17/35.

You work Hutchinson Tower beneath Wichita Approach. ExecJet and Flexjet corporate traffic sit on top of a GA-heavy local operation. Southeast flow works runway 13 with 17 as overflow; northwest flow reverses to 31 and 35, while 4/22 remains available outside those static configurations. The current cycle publishes eight approaches covering every end and no arrival or departure procedures, so every IFR departure leaves on radar vectors.

This is the Steady tier: modest volume but three crossing runways, with the controller deciding how to fit corporate arrivals through an active GA pattern.
