Tulsa Riverside (KRVS)

Tulsa Riverside is the city's busy Class D general-aviation reliever, with two close north-south parallels and a short 13/31 crosswind packed into the south Tulsa airfield.

You work Riverside Tower beneath Tulsa Approach. Training traffic dominates the pattern while ExecJet and Flexjet corporate arrivals mix in. North flow uses 1L; south flow uses 19R. The current cycle publishes one arrival and four approaches but no usable departure procedure, so every IFR departure leaves on radar vectors.

This is the Busy tier: close parallels, a deep training pattern and corporate traffic create the workload even without airline service.
