VectorHeavy · Air Traffic Control Simulator
Atlanta · Field elevation 1,026 ft · 5 runways · West Flow and East Flow
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International is the busiest airport in the world, and in VectorHeavy it is the hot end of the catalogue. Five parallel east-west runways stack north to south across the field, and Delta owns roughly three-quarters of the operation.
Atlanta runs banked flows: in west flow the arrivals land on the inner runways while departures roll off the outers, and east flow reverses the whole picture. With five parallels and heavy flows all day, the challenge is not any single sequence but the sheer volume arriving down the four corner-post gates at once. Southwest and Frontier back Delta on the airline side; SkyWest carries the Connection feed.
This is the Heavy tier: the highest concurrent cap and the fastest cadence in the game. Come here when the Steady fields feel slow.
