Runway roles are gameplay choices, not a published preferred-flow plan. Eligible IFR departures receive a modeled 50% SID share; other departures use assigned headings.
The Steady tier mixes general aviation and modeled ExecJet business flights. Operator selection, domestic route allocation, equipment, traffic weights, altitude band and cadence are gameplay calibration. No published airline timetable is claimed. Terrain, MVA and MSAW are not modeled.
