Oshkosh · Field elevation 809 ft · 4 runways · Runway 18 Flow and Runway 36 Flow and Runway 9 Flow and Runway 27 Flow
Oshkosh brings its surveyed field into the scope. Oshkosh Tower mixes GA and business aircraft across surveyed runways.
You work Oshkosh Tower. Runway 18 Flow lands and departs runway 18. Runway 36 Flow lands and departs runway 36. Runway 9 Flow lands and departs runway 9. Runway 27 Flow lands and departs runway 27. These roles are gameplay choices, not a sourced preferred-flow plan. Every IFR departure receives radar vectors; no SID is modeled.
The Steady tier mixes ExecJet and GA. The general aviation role is sourced; business operator selection, aircraft, traffic weights and cadence are modeled. Center handoffs use an unpublished neutral frequency. Terrain, MVA and MSAW are not modeled.
